More on the role of writing in the design process from @nicoleslaw at @muledesign. As someone who is often at the sharp end of the battle to convince clients of the importance of writing, its nice to see the argument laid out in such a clear, concise fashion. Here's hoping that one day all businesses will view the "unglamorous" task of copywriting as an integral part of defining what their company is, what it offers and the way they choose to interact with their customers.
